The short version: your leads are your business, literally. We keep them safe, we don't sell them, and you can take them with you.
Your account email and name, the leads you tell your assistant about (names, phone numbers, addresses, bids), the notes and history on each one, and the voice notes and photos you send. Voice notes are transcribed so your assistant can act on them.
You, and the services that make the app work on your behalf: secure hosting and storage, the AI that reads your messages and photos, transcription for voice notes, and the carriers that deliver texts and emails you approve. Nobody else. We never sell your data, and we never use one contractor's leads to help another.
Nothing is ever sent to a customer without your explicit OK on the exact wording. Texts honor STOP requests immediately and permanently.

This is the plain-English summary we actually operate by. A formal policy gets a legal pass before paid launch; if the two ever differ, we'll honor whichever protects you more.
